Reader Question: Need Good Recipes Using Peanut Butter

Reader OmgItsJuiceLee has a question about what to do with all of her peanut butter.

Question: So between the Skippy deal a few wks back and now the Peter Pan deal this week, I have a TON of peanut butter. My baby isn’t a fan of PB&J, my husband certainly won’t take it to work, and my older step-son (the only one who really eats PB&J) is only here on weekends during the school year. What do I do? I was thinking I could make some cookies with it. Do u know of a good recipe?
