Materials/Ingredients For Italian meatball recipe

450 grams fresh beef or veal. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (Shredded). 1/3 teaspoon black pepper. ½ teaspoon red chili pepper flakes. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 package vermicelli rice noodles. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 2 fresh carrots peeled into strips. 3 Big size eggs. 1 cup shredded Cheese. 1 cup bread crumb. 2 cloves of garlic(shredded). Salt.

Instructions for preparing the Italian meatball dish

Mix the fresh beef/ veal in a large bowl with the eggs. It’d better, if you use your hands. Now add the shredded cheese, bread crumb and shredded garlic to mix them with already prepared mixture of beef/veal and eggs. Prepare a material to be used in making the smaller meatballs. Now create at least 16 to 20 small meatballs, being one and half inches by their size. After forming the meatballs, keep them in oven to be cooked at not less than 350 degrees for half an hour. Make sure that all the meatballs get cooked very well.  Meanwhile, wash the noodles to get them too soft. Now put a pan filled with oil over stove. Heat the oil and fry all the vegetables for two to three minutes of time. Now add all the shredded carrots and noodles over the heated pan. Stir it mildly in lower temperature.  Now put all the meatballs in the pan and mix them with prepared material of noodles, carrots and other ingredients.
